What happens to inactive accounts?

This depends on the type of account you have with InvoiceQuick.


If you are subscribed to the free plan, please be aware that InvoiceQuick reserves the right to terminate your account and remove any associated data if there is no account activity, such as a login, for a period exceeding 6 months (180 days). However, we want to ensure transparency and will make an effort to notify you via email before proceeding with the termination. This notification will provide you with an opportunity to log in and maintain the active status of your account.


For users with a paid account on InvoiceQuick, the inactivity clause does not apply.
