If you have any inquiries about the software or if you would like to submit a feature request, our support team is here to assist you. We strive to provide the best service possible in a variety of situations. Depending on your user status, we offer different support options:

  1. Free Users:
    • Personalized and thoughtful email responses: Our team will get back to you via email, addressing your questions or concerns with care.
    • Knowledge base: You can browse through our comprehensive knowledge base, which contains valuable information and frequently asked questions that may already have the answers you seek.

      PRO PLAN Users:

    • Online chat with our support team: As a PRO PLAN user, you have the privilege of accessing our support team via live chat. You can engage in real-time conversations to resolve your queries promptly.

Here's how you can connect with our support team:

  1. Click on the dropdown menu located under your username in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "Account settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. A new window will open, displaying three tabs: "Account Settings," "Billing," and "Support." Click on the "Support" tab.

Within the Support tab, you will find three options:

  • First option: Chat with our support team (exclusive to PRO PLAN users):

    • Accessible through a prominent "Chat with support" button.
    • Alternatively, a smaller round button in the lower left corner of the screen can also be used to initiate the chat.

  • Second option: Email our support team (available to all users):
    • Click on the "Email us" button to send your inquiry or request via email.
    • Our team will respond with a personalized and thoughtful email within 24 hours.

Third option: Knowledge Base (accessible to all users):

  • Explore our knowledge base, which is organized into categories and frequently asked questions (FAQ), helping you find relevant information and solutions.
