How to add a tax to the invoice?

To add taxes to an invoice in InvoiceQuick, follow these steps:



  1. Open the invoice you want to add taxes to.
  2. Locate the specific item to which you want to apply taxes.
  3. Click on the option to add taxes to that item.
  4. A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select the tax you want to apply from the available options.
  5. Select the appropriate tax for that item.


You have the ability to add up to two different taxes to each invoice item, depending on your tax configuration.


Once you have added the taxes to the item, the taxes will be reflected in the subtotal at the bottom of the invoice. The subtotal will display the total amount including the applied taxes.

By following these steps, you can easily add taxes to specific items on an invoice in InvoiceQuick and have the taxes accurately calculated and displayed in the invoice subtotal.
