How to edit items & tasks?

To edit items and tasks, follow these steps:




  1. Go to the Invoicing page from the left menu.
  2. Click on Items or Tasks on the right side, depending on what you want to edit.

  1. On the right side, you will see a list of your items or tasks.
  2. Locate the specific item or task you want to edit and click on Edit next to it.
  3. On the right side, you will see a list of your items or tasks.

Making changes to items and tasks will only affect future invoices and will not alter any previous invoices that have already been created. However, if you change the income account associated with an item or task to Other revenue, it will reflect the previous billing in that specific account type category.


By following these steps, you can easily edit items and tasks in InvoiceQuick. This allows you to customize your invoicing process and ensure accurate billing for your products or services.
